The location was perfect, close to tram stop, Asian restaurants, and a liquor store. The apartment was spacious, with modern appliances, massive beds, and comfortable furniture. The staff were incredibly helpful, even providing a free baby bathtub and assisting us with installing the car seat.

Staff is hospitable and attentive. The room is brand-new with great views.

Did not want to leave - I would definitely come back. It was good in general: bright room, favourable location right by queen victoria's market, tram stops, coles, spencer outlet, and the southern cross station, Marvel Stadium, Docklands, DFO and Queen Vic Market and shopping centre nearby and Coles supermarket. Private bathroom was clean. The staff were superfriendly, made the stay very comfortable! The service from staff was great too.

Location was a bit noisy, it´s a pity.

The location of the apartment was very convenient, as it was very near to the shopping area and within walking distance of everything we needed. The apartment had great views of the Yarra River and Melbourne by night. The facilities, such as the gym and swimming pools, were surprisingly good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better, as there were marks in the rooms where they hadn't been cleaned properly previously.

A short way from supermarket and a shopping area. You should try their continental breakfast, it's great.

this apartment is my first choice in melbourne considering its terrific service and views of gardens. the staff is really helpful and easy going, the room is well-equipped. nice to have a flat screen tv, a dining area, and a seating area available. pool is great for hot days. the venue has good and incredible setting on the outskirts of the cbd. plus it's near food / docklands, walking distance to restaurants and shopping centre nearby and coles supermarket.

The place is close enough to Southern Cross Station, and transport. The stuff are superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating.

The room was beautiful, with amazing views from the balcony. the beds and couches were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and modern. the staff were friendly and allowed us to interact with them as much or as little as we wanted. Check, in and check, out were easy, and the location was perfect, with both Flagstaff and Southern Cross station just a 10, minute walk away. Cons: N/A 🙅‍♀️.

Altogether a perfect choice in a magnificent setting. Location to a "free " park in the building. Close enough to restaurants and bars, trains, trams, supermarkets and restaurants and queen victoria's market, tram stops, coles, spencer outlet, and the southern cross station. Hospitable staff and their warm welcome. Terrific service and easy check in too. A refrigerator, an oven, and kitchenware for cooking. Available nice pool:)))

The apartment was lovely base for sightseeing in Melbourne, enjoyed it. Staff of our accommodation was welcoming and very very helpful. It was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect place.

The setting was a bit noisy.

We had a great time staying nearby the Coles and a park.

Convenient location, clean and comfy 2bdr unit with kitchen amenities. Helpful staff and secure parking available. Lovely swimming pool and potential for balcony enjoyment. Netflix included.
